Chicken blood stone
It is a stone that has been around for a long time and is a beautiful stone that has a bright color like chicken blood. Typical chicken blood stones are "Shokaiketsuseki" and "Bahrain chicken bloodstone". Changhua and Bahrain are places (place names) where they are mined.
In the photo above, the left is "Shangka chicken blood stone" and the right is "Bahrain chicken blood stone". Regarding "Shangka chicken blood stone", "Recently quarried, it has become quite cheap, but it is still an expensive stone. The red blood part is a hard stone that is generally difficult to carve. Some stones are completely blunt. There are various things that can be understood by looking at stones that are very fake from old times to things that can not be understood just by looking at them. Now may be your chance to get it. It is the best carving taste in Kotobukiyama stone. To be honest, I like this carving taste the most.
