【Whether or not to return a return】
In the event of initial defects or our mistakes, we will accept returns after contacting us within 7 days of arrival of the product. As a general rule, we cannot accept returns due to your convenience.

【Conditions for returning goods】
We will accept returns only in the following cases:
・When it is clearly deemed defective (e.g. no rubber surface)
*Since this is a handmade product, there may be individual differences, and there may be some scratches and stains. These are not eligible for return. Please understand before purchasing.

・When the product which is clearly different from the order arrives

In addition, we are not able to accept returns of the following products.
Products that have passed more than 7 days after arrival
Products damaged by customer's negligence
When it has been opened or used
Products to be sold

【Whether or not there is a burden of postage on returned goods】
Because it is our burden about the postage to be returned, please send it to the following return destination by the delivery at the time of shipment.

If the returned item does not meet our company's return criteria, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item again. In this case, we will not issue a refund.

【Refund procedures】
In case of credit card, we will process the refund through the credit company.

In case of bank transfer, it will be transferred to the designated account.

The company is responsible for fees.
