[Shipping]

Once the order is processed, most packages are usually shipped within 2-3 days.

(Custom-made items such as address stamps are usually shipped within 10 days.)

Once your order has shipped from our company, we will send you a ship complete notification with tracking number and other information.

Please use the tracking number on the shipping completion notice for tracking after shipping.
Regarding the delivery date of products at Tamaru-inbou online shop, please check the following delivery method as it depends on the product and delivery method. Please note that this is a rough estimate, not a firm delivery date.


[Delivery method]

All items are shipped from Japan via Japan Post.
(Yamato Transport Co., Ltd. in some areas only)

Our company offers the following shipping methods.
There are differences in the shipping fee and the date of arrival, so you can choose according to your convenience.
(Your shipping options will vary depending on the weight of the items you put in your cart.)

EMS: Air shipping. Products are delivered to many regions in 2 ~ 4 days (This is the fastest shipping method.)

International e-packet :  Air shipping. Total weight is limited to less than 2kg. It takes about 3~6 days to deliver the products

Small packet (International e-packet): Air shipping. Total weight is limited to less than 340 g. Packaging with cushioning and envelopes. This shipping method is for small items and small quantities. It takes about 3~ 6 days to deliver the products.

Surface Mail: Delivery by ship. It takes about 2~3 months to deliver the products(Limited to some areas)

[Shipping charges]

Shipping charges will vary depending on the total weight of the items you have placed in your cart and the shipping method you selected.
The final shipping cost will be "gross weight", which is the sum of "total weight of goods" and "weight of the packaging".
Also, handling fee are included in all shipping fees. (Handling fees: fees for document preparation, packing materials, etc. for overseas shipping)

EMS: 350 yen
International e-packet light: 350 yen
Simple packaging: 200 yen
Surface Mail: 350 yen

[Customs duty]

Customs duty may be imposed when a shipment reaches your country.
In that case, please pay those costs directly to the delivery agent.

[Return]

If there is an initial failure or our company's mistake, we will accept the return within 7 days after the arrival of the item. In addition, as a general rule, we do not accept returns by your convenience.
