• Cancel the day before 50% of the reservation menu fee
• Cancellation on the day of reservation: 100% of the reservation menu price
  

【Things to note】

• As a general rule, we cannot accept reservations on the same day or delivery on the same day.
• If you select "Kanji", we will customize the kanji at our store.
  
• We will also customize the text arrangement.
• Please make sure the number of orders matches the number of names.
• When receiving the item, please present the representative's name and a purchase completion email.
• If you have any specifications for "vertical/horizontal insertion" or "reading direction," please fill in the "remarks" section. If you do not fill in this form, it will be up to you.
• Please enter your gender in the comments section. If there are multiple items, please set the name and gender for each.
