Please read the following notes before making a reservation.
【About Reservations】
Please enter the representative's information when ordering.
The date and time for pickup can be selected from 2 days after the order is placed.
【Cancellation Policy】
Up to 2 days prior to pick-up: No cancellation fee
Cancellation on the day before pick-up: 50% of the reserved menu price
Cancellation on the day of pick-up: 100% of the reserved menu price
【Caution】
We do not accept same-day reservations or same-day delivery.
If you choose “Kanji”, we will customize the Kanji characters for you.
We will also customize the placement of the characters.
Please make sure that the number of names matches the number of items ordered.
When you receive the order, please present the name of the representative and the purchase completion e-mail.
