Carving taste of stone seal material [stone seal material 4]
Here, I would like to introduce my impressions of actually carving various types of stone stamps.
However, since it is a natural thing, it is very difficult to make a constant evaluation, so it is an evaluation of my personal experience to the last.
Please use this as a reference, and instead of sticking to one stone, please carve various stones. It is also a good experience to carve and see stones one rank higher.
◆Juzanseki
It is the cheapest stone.
It is also a stone that is quite easy to carve if it hits a good thing.
However, since the quality does not seem to be stable, it is characterized by a stone that is easy to hit and off.
However, because it is cheap, if you carve a number in practice, you may be carved a lot.
◆Seienseki
篆 stone is carved when you go to learn the engraving.
I think it's the most popular stone right now. Since there are plenty of numbers coming in, I think that it is the best stone for practicing in various sizes.
In the past, it was a stone mixed with various colors, but recently it has become a thing with a light green color.
The image coming from the name may be strong, but I still feel that it is becoming a little harder to carve than before.
If you see a mixture of colors, try carving it.
It is a feature of this stone that it is carved crisply. You can get a simple carving taste.
◆Parisestone
In recent years, we have been in the momentum to replace Juzan stone. There used to be a lot of beautiful frozen stones mixed with cut stones, but recently it has become difficult to see and the price is already up. I think that the whitish thing on the left of the photo is a relatively inexpensive and soft stone. The one with the transparency on the right is a stone that is easy to carve and easy to process, alcause the price is a little higher. Tamane stone or Shandong stone may have a name, but I think it is the same stone. You can enjoy the carving taste of expensive stone with better quality than Juzan stone. It may be a stone that is more for technicians than for powerful carving. Therefore, I think that it is for the person (woman) who does not have power. For a time, there were vicious objects that came off, and some people disliked this stone in the image at that time, but if you avoid such things (alever it is quite difficult), it is a good stone. In addition, because it looks beautiful, I think that it is also good to be presented with a mark on a person.
◆Tohoku Freeze
It is also called Liaoning freeze.
It has a little transparency and is light green, and it is a very sticky stone.
It is useful when you want to put out a small size mark or a thin line.
Because there is stickiness, the character is hard to jump. However, it is difficult when carving that big mark.
In the past, I didn't know where or what kind of stone could be harvested, but now it seems that there are many in it.
If you think about the good thing of this stone from now on with a white and transparent feeling, the stone that was called light freezing seems to be this stone.
◆Shozanko
It is a red stone of The Juzan stone of the red color, and it is a stone which looks like Red Takayama, etc. very well.
It looks hard at first glance, but it is quite a soft stone. It is a carving taste called bosoboso.
I think that it is good to carve white sentences in a relatively large size.
◆倚 Stone (Tenseki)
Recently, it has come to enter comparatively a lot, and it was a rare stone in old days. It has come in by the name of Aoumi freezing. There is also a fairly transparent thing, and this is a stone often wrong with light freezing. Is it a place with a carving taste in the middle that seems to be sticky? I can't carve too tightly. Therefore, if you want to give an interesting taste, I think that it is good for gifts etc. because it looks beautiful (white is the keynote).
◆Green frozen stone (Ryot useseki)
It is a slightly firm stone that is very similar to light green Cantonese green and Tohoku freezing.
It is good for carving thin line-quality letters and gold sentences. Therefore, I think that it is suitable for white sentences of thin lines.
There is also a stone called "Tama" that looks just like this stone. However, please be careful because it is impossible to carve this with a hand (iron brush). (Especially for Chinese souvenirs)
◆Uyghur Flat Head Stone
It is a stone that looks good like a torin stone. Rather than saying, it was mixed with a forest stone and came in as a torin stone. The carving taste is just like that. It can be said that it is the same stone. Maybe you don't have to separate them. The difference is that the color pattern is constant and there are only things based on sober gray. Of course, there will be good stones, but what comes in as a cut stone is the color of one pattern. Instead, the carving taste is also very easy to carve because it is hard to get uneven and can be carved constantly. It is convenient when you want to carve reliably.
◆Cantonese Green
It is a famous stone, and it used to be very expensive, but now you can get it for about 1/10 of the price of that time. It looks like a very beautiful green stone. There are various green patterns, and it has a unique carving style. For example, it is a glassy image. Jarijali can be carved. (There are things that can be carved inside) I think that it will be a fairly interesting mark if you use it because the motari line quality comes out.
